While we always strive for perfection, each batch is carefully handcrafted by real person - so there might be the occasional hiccup. Since our popcorn is freshly made and perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please reach out to Emily directly at emily@zoipop.com. We’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied and will work with you to make things right.

It’s important to double-check your shipping and/or pickup details during checkout. If an order is returned or can’t be delivered due to an address error, we can ship it again once the customer pays for the updated shipping costs.
